Investment and development activities

Investment into real estate, such as the construction of new residential buildings, industrial structures or multifunctional complexes, accounts for a significant portion of our activities and is the core business of the company.
In addition to investment projects implemented independently, our company delivers consulting services in real estate, such as elaboration of studies, projects, and engineering documentation for construction or development by other business entities, and arranges for the granting of zoning and planning decisions, building permits, and certificates of practical completion.

In the role of a general investor,  ICT ISTROCONTI carried out the rehabilitation of several heritage buildings in the centre of Bratislava  and other office and residential buildings in other parts of the city .
