Multi-functional house Platan in Bratislava – Nové mesto
district is exceptional in architecture and quality. With
six floors, it sensitively ties up to the existing
residential complex Nová Doba from influential architect
Fridrich Weinwurm built in the 1930’s. This way, the
project multiplied supratemporal architecture, it enriches
the location and completes the urban structure in the
surroundings of Polus Shopping Centre. Almost all of 92
single- to five-room-apartments were sold before completion.
Residential building of 2005 and Golden Brick 2006 Awards
prove this project to be another success story.
